- Ethically sourced for me means finding and receiving animal remains that have not been slaughtered for profit. Remains have been collected in nature due to animal's natural passing. Bird components are compliant with MBTA. My art is about honoring death in beauty and solitude, not creating death for the sake of art.
- How do you make these? Through trial and error, glue messes, and my favorite burned CDs from the early 2000s.
- Where do you find your media? Thrift stores, craft stores, antique shops, dollar tree, everywhere!
- Can I resell something I purchased of yours? This is no problem to me and has occured before.
- Can I copy a design from your website? Can I make this myself? I hold no proprietary or patents on the art I make, the world of oddities is endless. If you are feeling inspired, create :)
- Why are your prices so much lower than other oddity artists? I consider myself very amateur and I make these pieces for personal enjoyment. I am not out to receive huge profits or engage in competition; my dead art exists because it makes me happy to create it. Seeing the joy it brings others makes me even happier. Since you as a buyer are not receiving the work of a true professional, I do not feel right charging high dollar amounts.
